How The Fundraiser Works:Raise money with our chicken pie fundraisers
Step 1: Select a leader to organize the fundraising effort. The fundraising coordinator is the key position - the degree of success that the fundraising effort achieves is directly attributable to the effectiveness of the leader.

Step 2: Complete the Fundraising Registration Form.
Once you return the registration form, you will receive a
confirmation containing a profit estimate for your sales goal.

Step 3: Communicate the plan to the sales force.
The fundraising coordinator should meet with the group to communicate the details of the fundraising effort, talk about the products being sold, and distribute the sales sheets. This is the time to answer and questions that the salespersons might have and explain the Incentive Program.

Step 4: Conduct the sale.

Step 5: Record Sales.
The fundraising coordinator will collect the sales sheets and money for each salesperson. He/she will then tally up the numbers and record on the sales master sheet.

Step 6: Report Results.
Call or email Mrs. Pumpkin’s to report the results.

Step 7: Distribute the pies.
Have the sales force at the delivery location on time to receive pies from Mrs. Pumpkins. Sales master sheet is used at distribution.
